Coaching Options

Some people benefit from a single conversation focused on a specific challenge or decision. Others prefer ongoing coaching over time.

Between Sessions

You’ll leave each session with insights, practical strategies, exercises, questions to explore, or specific actions to take before we meet again.

Whether you choose a single Guiding Session or a Custom Guiding Package, you’ll also have access to me by text and email outside of our scheduled sessions. Sometimes a question comes up, a new insight emerges, or you need help thinking through a situation. You don’t have to wait until our next conversation.

Single Guiding Session

$275

A focused 90-minute session designed to help you work through a specific challenge, decision, or situation.

Includes:

• One 90-minute online session
• Two weeks of text and email access following the session

Custom Guiding Packages

Ongoing coaching for people who want continued guidance and support over time.

All packages include:

• 60-minute online sessions
• Flexible scheduling
• Text and email access between sessions
• Two weeks of text and email access following your final session

Your sessions are yours to use as needed. Coaching packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you the flexibility to schedule sessions at a pace that works for your goals, circumstances, and budget.

4 Sessions — $900

6 Sessions — $1,320

10 Sessions — $2,150

Longer coaching packages are also available.
