Intuitive Life Coach

I guide people who are feeling stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed by personal or professional challenges and want to gain clarity, trust their own wisdom, and take practical next steps.

As a Clarity Catalyst & Strategic Guide, I help people quiet the mental noise that can make life feel harder than it needs to be.

Together, we identify what’s getting in the way, clarify what you want and need, and create practical strategies you’ll actually use.

My clients include high achievers, current and former federal employees and contractors, young adults (20+) and coaches.

For more than 30 years, I have guided people through life’s challenges and opportunities. I combine intuition with strategic thinking, offer practical exercises and tools, and draw from a broad range of professional and life experience to help people trust themselves more deeply and put their own wisdom into practice.

My Approach

People have been turning to me for guidance for as long as I can remember. Helping people think through challenges, recognize new possibilities, and determine what feels right to them has always come naturally to me.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain about what they want, or unable to see a clear path forward. They may be facing a major decision, struggling with a challenge, or simply sensing that something isn’t working, even if they can’t yet explain why.

Together, we examine the assumptions, fears, old patterns, and mental noise that can make life feel harder than it needs to be. As the mental noise begins to quiet, clarity naturally emerges, making it much easier to make confident choices.

I encourage clients to experiment with different tools, exercises, and approaches so they can discover what works best for them. There is no one-size-fits-all solution because every person, every situation, and every path forward is different.  My goal is to help people clarify what they want and need, trust their own wisdom, and create practical strategies they actually use.

I bring curiosity, warmth, compassion, intuition, and strategic thinking to every conversation.

Why Mindcluck?

(Yes, “mindcluck” means what you think it means. 😉)

I talk a lot about mindcluck because, in my experience, we all deal with it.

Mindcluck is the mental noise that shows up as overthinking, self-doubt, second-guessing, fears, assumptions, limiting beliefs, old stories, other people’s opinions, and that relentless inner critic that can ruin even the best moments.

When mindcluck takes over, it becomes difficult to think clearly, trust ourselves, and use our own wisdom.  We may stay stuck in situations that are no longer serving us, repeat patterns we want to change, or spend enormous amounts of time and energy worrying about what might happen.

The good news is that mindcluck does not have to run the show.

When we learn to quiet the noise, clarity naturally emerges. We can tune into our intuition, recognize and use our own wisdom.

Helping people quiet the noise, recognize their own wisdom, and put it into practice is at the heart of everything I do.

What Makes Me Different

I naturally combine intuition and creativity with logic and strategic thinking. Over the years, I have refined this ability to help people work through complex challenges, clarify what is right for them, and move forward with confidence.

I hold a BA in Biology from Vassar College and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, where I created my own concentration in international economic development and entrepreneurial business.

In addition to my formal education, I have studied Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Somatic Experiencing, and other coaching and therapeutic models.

I am a trauma-informed coach and understand how past experiences, beliefs, and nervous system patterns can influence the ways people think, feel, and respond to life’s challenges.  Many of my clients are also in therapy, and my coaching helps them translate insights from therapy into practical action.

I bring a unique blend of life experience to my work. I have lived in six U.S. states and on four continents. I have worked in the nonprofit, entrepreneurial, higher education, foundation, and federal government sectors. I have also served as both a Peace Corps Volunteer and an Associate Peace Corps Director. Having lived and worked in so many different settings enables me to understand and relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds and at different stages of life.

My role is to help people clarify what is right for them and put that understanding into practice.

Growth Is a Lifelong Process

Despite many successes by society’s measures, I have faced my own challenges, difficult decisions, setbacks, frustrations, and periods of uncertainty, as we all do.  Like everyone I work with, I continue to learn how to quiet the mental noise, recognize my own wisdom, and put it into practice. The tools, approaches, and perspectives I share with clients are ones I use in my own life, not concepts I learned from a book or course and filed away.

I remain deeply committed to my own growth.  I am constantly learning, experimenting, and refining the tools, approaches, and perspectives I bring to my work.

This ongoing process continues to shape both who I am and how I guide others.

If you’d like to learn more about the philosophy that guides both my life and my work as a coach, you can read it here.

Curious Whether My Coaching Is Right for You?

A free strategy session is an opportunity for us to talk about what’s going on, explore what you want and need, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

You’ll leave with at least one helpful insight, strategy, or exercise you can use right away.

This is a get-to-know-each-other, zero-pressure conversation. If we click, we’ll talk about what working together might look like. If not, you’ll still leave with something useful.

May your mindcluck be silent so your intuition can be loud.
