Great news! You can learn really helpful things from your mindcluck… Please join me for a wonderful conversation with LCSW Elaine Belson about mindcluck, where it comes from and what it can teach us. One way to gain awareness that your brain is mindclucking is to pay attention any time your emotions are particularly strong. By pausing, asking yourself what you are feeling and why, you can start to learn what’s really going on for you and take helpful action. Your feelings (and mindcluck as an expression of your feelings) are there to help you. Learn how to give yourself compassion and so much more!

- Anxiety and mindcluck are often about things that are out of your control. The more you do what’s in your control, the less anxiety and the less mindcluck you will have.
